Press Release Body = Beijing, China July 25, 2007
XCome Technology, a global leading application innovator for mobile carriers and
handset manufacturers in the wireless world today announced that it has completed
interoperability testing of its OMA-IMPS client version 1.3 in the OMA TestFest 19.

During the TestFest, which was held in Beijing, China from May 17 to May 25th, 2007
at the world\'s largest operator, China Mobile labs, XCome demonstrated that its
OMA-IMPS client is able to interoperate with the servers and clients of a number of
industry leading organizations.

\"As this is our second participation in the OMA TestFest, we found that it offers an
excellent neutral venue where vendors can test their product interoperability by
working together\" said Arindam Bhattacharjee, XCome R&D manager, who led XCome
delegation to the TestFest. \"It has been an excellent experience to exchange with
international engineers to help define OMA standards as well as validate our product
quality. Given the importance of interoperability, with our OMA-IMPS version 1.3
client, we made significant progress towards fulfilling the operators\'and
manufacturers\'mobile messaging needs for global scale communication. This helped us
build upon our experience from our previous attendance in December 2006 at TestFest
17 and once again connect with the OMA-IMPS development community.\"

Like all products in the XMessenger line, the OMA-IMPS client version 1.3 impresses
through its user friendly UI, its flexibility and the ease with which it can be
ported to different operating systems and platforms.

It is also technically possible for XCome\'s OMA-IMPS solutions to provide
interconnectivity with various public IMs. A number of operators will also look for
their IMPS networks to connect to public IMs like Windows Live Messenger, ICQ or
Yahoo Messenger. As soon as these operators have an agreement with the respective
public IM provider, they can take advantage of XCome\'s OMA-IMPS solution and connect
their networks to the public IMs.

About the XMessenger OMA-IMPS Solution
